The purpose of the establishment of this Institute is to promote the development of joint projects between Sector Stakeholders, that is to say major Security Sector Cameras and relevant professional associations.

From these projects, it is envisaged to develop consensus proposals arising from the positions and interests of each.

Also, when appropriate and timely, it may invite the members of the governments at various levels to enrich and seek to promote the integration of private efforts they make to the public level.

They may also be called as deemed appropriate and conducive to professional associations, as well as Educational Institutions and Development Research.
